Erica Stark – Founder & Strategy Lead
Erica has been a leader in the hemp industry since 2014, with a focus on public education, nonprofit leadership, and coalition building. She currently serves as Chair of the PA Hemp Industry Council, a 501(c)(3) organization supporting the advancement of hemp through education, stakeholder engagement, and strategic collaboration.
In 2019, Erica was invited to testify before the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee to help shape the USDA’s Final Rules for hemp cultivation. She also played a key role in the development and passage of the Industrial Hemp Act of 2023, a federal bill aimed at providing regulatory clarity for hemp as a commodity crop.
With over a decade of experience navigating complex systems and building relationships across government and industry, Erica brings grounded strategy, institutional knowledge, and a long-term vision to every project. At Neversink, she leads with insight, integrity, and a commitment to practical progress.
Wilson Kello – Strategic Marketing & Growth Advisor
Wilson Kello is a visionary marketing and brand leader with 20+ years of experience scaling purpose-driven brands in apparel, sustainability, cannabis, and CPG. Wilson has expertise in brand storytelling, disruptive strategy, and multi-channel growth, and proven success in investor relations, fundraising, and M&A, positioning brands for market expansion and profitability. He is passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing, and data-driven consumer engagement. Wilson is a dynamic team leader with the ability to execute complex initiatives independently.
Wilson’s work spans go-to-market planning, brand identity development, product design, content strategy, and visual systems — including trademark-safe naming, logo creation, packaging, retail displays, and digital campaigns. Whether building from the ground up or refining an established brand, Wilson brings creative insight and strategic precision to every stage of the process.
Colin Earl – Founder, SISU Consulting / Industry Strategist
Colin Earl is the Founder of SISU Consulting, a cannabis & hemp consulting firm servicing medical, adult-use, industrial, and ancillary businesses. He has advised clients across the industry’s four main subsectors, as well as research institutions and investors, with engagements spanning over 30 U.S. states and 10 countries. Colin leads projects ranging from strategic planning, license acquisition, business development, and investment analysis, to research and development and process improvement.
Colin works to create long-term value, combining strategic planning and execution with a strong emphasis on sustainability and efficiency. Colin holds a degree in Security and Risk Analysis, Cyber Security from Pennsylvania State University, along with experience in the auto racing, cyber security, and energy industries. As always, he is prepared to bring his unique perspective and lessons learned to any project.
